Debra is a strong advocate for supporting the Childrens Ministry at NBWC. Working alongside the Children’s Ministry Director, her efforts are tireless. Debra strives to provide a fun, safe and educational environment for all children. She monitors and leads activities during allotted times, knowing and believing that children are a gift from God. Debra assists the staff to support, strengthen, and implement all ministry plans and strategies, helping with special projects, ministries, and prayer needs. Debra believes that the value and importance of children’s ministry in the local church simply can’t be overestimated. She knows that affective children’s ministries thrive when the details are well tended to and that little things really matter when it comes to kids. Debra has been supporting NBWC for over 20 years.
