Men’s Ministry Leader

“Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” — Proverbs 27:17 (KJV)

The purpose of the Men’s Ministry is to provide a Christ-centered environment where men can grow spiritually, strengthen their relationship with God, and encourage one another. Through biblical teaching, prayer, fellowship, mentoring, and service, men are equipped to become faithful disciples of Jesus Christ and godly examples in their homes, church, workplaces, and community.

As Proverbs 27:17 teaches, men become stronger when they build meaningful relationships with other godly men. A healthy Men’s Ministry provides accountability, brotherhood, encouragement, and practical support for facing life’s responsibilities and challenges. It benefits the entire church by developing spiritually mature men who lead with integrity, serve faithfully, strengthen their families, and help advance the mission of the church.

Our Vision

The vision of NBWC Men’s Ministry is to continually produce and strengthen God-fearing and Spirit-filled Christian men who prayerfully have committed themselves for the advancement of the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help men assume their spiritual role of leadership in the House of God, in their homes, and in the workplace by being obedient servants of God. We strive to live dedicated lives for Christ, partnering with leadership, to invite and initiate spiritual growth opportunities for all men in the church.

Our Goals

  • Build strong Godly character through integrity and accountability to one another.

  • Become our brother’s keeper according to the will of God.

  • Teach men appropriate leadership skills and to help men assume their God given leadership role.

  • Mentor one another and build each other up in Christ.
